Day 1:
Dehradun / Uttarkashi → Agoda (Drive)

Begin your journey with a scenic Himalayan drive along the Bhagirathi river valley. Pass through charming villages and apple orchards. Reach Agoda village, the trek’s basecamp. Evening is free to explore the village, meet locals, and acclimatize.

Day 2:
Trek: Agoda → Manjhi
Altitude: 2500 m |
Duration: 4-6hours |
Trek: 7-9 km |
Start with a gradual ascent through alpine forests and meadows. The trail climbs steadily but is manageable. By noon, the forest opens up, and suddenly the emerald-blue Dodital Lake appears — surrounded by deodar, pine, and the legend of being Lord Ganesha’s birthplace. Evening free for lakeside walks, trout spotting, or photography.

Trek: Manjhi → Dodital Lake

Day 4:
Dodital → Darwa Top (optional) → back to Dodital
Altitude: 4,150 m |
Duration: 6-8 hours |
Trek: 10-12 km |
A challenging yet rewarding day. Start early and hike uphill towards Darwa Pass / Darwa Top. The climb is steep through birch forests and alpine meadows. From the top, get panoramic views of mighty Himalayan peaks like Bandarpunch, Kala Nag (Black Peak), and Gangotri group of peaks. Descend carefully and return to Dodital for overnight stay.
